About the Power Director App.

Here are my thoughts about the power director app:

There are 3 ways you can get the watermark out of your videos. This is the only thing people will really care about when using the Power Director App. It's finding a way to get rid of thar watermark.

The 3 ways to lose the watermark is basically 3 ways you can pay the company/developers to get them to remove the watermark from your videos. That is, of course, by continuing to pay for them.

You could pay for the 1 month, or the 3 month, the whole year long duration. Each subscription provides you with a different price.

Those prices are just 3 versions of the same number to make you think there's a choice and that you're making a smart one by picking the 3 month subscription. NO. You lose, in either of the 3 subscriptions, because an app like this shouldn't even begin to be doing this. It's a way for them to steal our money. Nothing more.

Of course, there is a 4th way of removing the watermark. And that is the 7-day trial.

The 7 day trial allows you to create as much videos as you like, within those first 7 days. After that, you gotta pay, unless you forfeit the subscription any day before the 7 days run out.

But, ofcourse, 7 days is too fast for us humans. What do we want? A week? Or a whole lifetime supply of...anything?

We're always going to go for the lifetime supply, because we have unlimited wants.

So, in order to infinitely enjoy the 7 day trial that power director allows you, you must do as such:

1. create a new email account every week.
  • meaning, you have to memorize every account name, every password, bla bla bla. What you do is list down those accounts and passwords on a notebook or something. Just write it down, cause your brain is never reliable.
2. You have to buy sim cards per week.
  • since the 7 day trial asks for a number, then you gotta give a number. Don't worry, sim cards are cheap.

But man, do i really wanna go through all that just to get 7 more days, and then have to do that again and again and again?

No. Of course not.

I could just put my videos in the pc and edit from there. Because Adobe premiere exists.

Or, I could wait for the new Adobe Premiere Rush, and hope to God that they don't support watermarks.

There are a lot of substitutes to the Power Director App. But why does it feel like I wanna try and just do the 7 day trial hack anyway?

Because the PD app is the best app in the play store. It has every basic thing you need from a video editing software.

Kinemaster has a weird UI.
FilmoraGo also has a weird UI
Adobe Premiere Clip is on Portrait mode.
Everything is else belongs in the garbage.

But Power Director got it right.
Because they made things easy.

It's just that big-ass watermark.
